3. Pay the shipping cost for existing samples or the prototyping fee for new designs.
4. Sample dispatch after payment confirmation.

Order Placement Process:

1. Provide detailed customization requirements including fragrance, colors, ingredients, and packaging.
2. Receive and approve the quotation and prototype (if applicable).
3. Pay the 30% deposit to start production.
4. Production and quality inspection updates will be provided.
5. Pay the remaining 70% balance upon completion.
6. Arrange for shipment and provide tracking information.
